Move Like Emberkin: Bursts of Fire

Fiery bursts: run, walk, run again.

Emberkin burn in bursts. They run, walk, run again, and no two stretches look the same. Calm is simply the moment before the next spark.

Kinstride looks for a share of running in the middle of your walks and a pace that keeps changing.

A rare lineage. Kinstride calculates it for everyone; Pro reveals it.

What the app measures

These are the marks that give full score, taken straight from the rules of the app. You get partial score on the way there.

Measure	Full score at
Time jogging	between 20 % and 55 %
Pace changes between stretches	±22 % or more

Not sure which one is yours? Take the walking test.

Kinstride is in closed testing on Android. Test it for 14 days and see what your real walks say.
